Our Company
Five-Eleven is a consulting company that was established in 2023 and specializes in the unique implementation of Germanium-68/Gallium-68 generator programs.
We assist our clients in every aspect of the program, from the build-out, licensing, training, and final validation of all equipment and personnel.
Five-Eleven Consulting is fully insured with biBERK, a Berkshire Hathaway Company.
Heath Nickel PharmD, BCNP
Heath graduated from the University of
Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 2006.
He spent time as a student intern
working in the nuclear pharmacy on
campus. After graduating, he worked for
Cardinal Heath in Tyler, Texas. In 2007, he
began working for Nutech, Inc., a SPECT
nuclear pharmacy. While employed at
Nutech, he was responsible for the
environmental monitoring program
along with many aspects of the radiation
safety program. He was integrally
involved in the setup of the Ge68/Ga68
generator program at Nutech. In 2023,
he began working for ALL Home
Infusion as the Pharmacist-in-Charge.
Additionally, Heath worked for Galt
Pharmaceutical as a Scientific
Sales representative.
Cherryl Cordum D.Ph.
Cherryl graduated from the University of Oklahoma
College of Pharmacy in 1991. She worked for many
corporations over her 3 decades of practice:
Mallinckrodt Medical, Amersham Health, GE
Healthcare, Triad, Sofie (aka IBA Molecular, Zevacor),
Nutech, and Perigon Isotopes. She has extensive
experience in low energy SPECT and many years in
PET radiopharmaceuticals including the Ge68/Ga68
generator. She thoroughly enjoys working as the
Radiation Safety Officer, Environmental Health and
Safety Officer, as well as the Quality Assurance
Specialist within every corporate role she’s held. She
was integral in installing the generator program at
Perigon Isotopes/Imaging in OKC. Her most recent
project has been the first ground up completion of a
nuclear pharmacy in partnership with an urology
imaging center specializing in the utilization of the
Ga68 generator for PSMA imaging
radiopharmaceuticals.
Janna Daigre, Coordinator
Janna has multiple years of experience
working in a radiopharmacy and has a broad range
of experience in an administrative assistant role,
with effective communication and strong client support.
Her skill set also provides support with strategic
planning and coordination. She plays a
vital role in the implementation of newly acquired clients; working behind the scenes with Cherryl and Heath
to ensure the client's program is set up to meet their specific needs. Janna is involved with each build out from
conception to completion.
